Costco

In an on-going partnership with Costco, Urban Planning Partners assists in the entitlement process for Costco Wholesale warehouses across Northern California. Using our familiarity with northern California cities, planning departments, and the entitlement process we act as an advocate and liaison for Costco, and a coordinator between the Costco team, CEQA consultants, civil engineers, architects, Cities officials and ultimately anyone that is involved in getting the approvals for a Costco.
